How does BookAbhi work?

BookAbhi gives you a simple booking link (like bookabhi.com/your-business-name) where customers can see your available times and book appointments instantly. You get notified of new bookings on WhatsApp and can manage everything from your admin panel.

Is this only for doctors?

Not at all! BookAbhi works for any service provider who takes appointments - beauty salons, fitness trainers, tutors, consultants, therapists, photographers, freelancers, and more. If you schedule meetings with people, BookAbhi works for you.

Do I have to download an app?

No! Neither you nor your customers need to download anything. BookAbhi works completely in your web browser. Your customers just click your link and book - it's that simple.

How long does setup take?

About 2 minutes! Just enter your business details, set your working hours, add your services, and you're live. No complicated forms or verification processes.

Do I need to be tech savvy?

Not at all! BookAbhi is designed for everyone. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use BookAbhi. Everything is simple and intuitive.

What business types does BookAbhi support?

What are the pricing plans?

BookAbhi has three plans: Starter (₹500/month) includes unlimited bookings, WhatsApp notifications, admin dashboard, and shareable booking links. Pro (₹1,299/month) adds payment processing, invoice generation, revenue tracking, and GST compliance. Enterprise (contact us) includes subscription management, multi-location support, and custom integrations.

What's included in the Starter plan?

Complete booking management system with unlimited bookings, shareable booking links, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders, admin dashboard, service management, and working hours control. Perfect for most service providers.

What additional features does Pro include?

Everything in Starter plus payment processing (UPI, cards, netbanking), automatic invoice generation, revenue tracking and analytics, and GST compliance. Payment gateway fees (2-3%) go directly to Razorpay - BookAbhi takes no transaction fees.

How do I upgrade from Starter to Pro?

Go to your admin panel settings and click Upgrade to Pro. You can start collecting payments and accessing advanced features immediately after upgrading.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! No long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your admin panel. Your data remains safe and you can reactivate whenever you want.

Do you take any commission on bookings?

No! BookAbhi never takes any commission or percentage from your bookings. You pay only the flat monthly fee. All booking revenue is 100% yours.

Using BookAbhi

How do customers book without downloading an app?

Your BookAbhi link works in any web browser. Customers just click your link, pick a time, enter their name and phone, and they're booked. Works on any device.

Can I customize my booking page?

Yes! You can add your logo, customize your services with descriptions and prices, set your working hours, choose your business type, and personalize WhatsApp messages. More customization options coming soon.

How do I change my working hours?

In your admin panel, go to the Calendar tab and click "Edit Hours". You can set different hours for each day, add lunch breaks, or close certain days entirely. You can even set different hours for specific dates.

Can I block time for vacations or breaks?

Yes! In your Calendar, you can block specific dates or times for vacations, lunch breaks, or personal time. Just click "Edit Hours" and customize any day or time period.

Can I add my own services?

Absolutely! Go to the Services tab in your admin panel. Add services with custom names, durations, descriptions, and prices. You can enable/disable services anytime and control whether prices are shown to customers.

What if customers can't find available slots?

Check your working hours in the admin panel. You might need to add more days, extend your hours, or increase the number of people per time slot. Also check if you've accidentally blocked times.

WhatsApp & Notifications

How do WhatsApp notifications work?

With your Starter plan, customers automatically get WhatsApp messages for booking confirmations and reminders. You also get notified when someone books with you. All automatic and professional.

What messages do customers receive?

Customers get a booking confirmation immediately, a reminder 24 hours before their appointment, and optionally a final reminder 1 hour before. All messages include appointment details and your business info.

Can I customize the reminder messages?

Yes! In your admin panel settings, you can customize the WhatsApp message template. Add your business personality, special instructions, or any other details you want customers to see.

Do I need WhatsApp Business for this to work?

No! BookAbhi sends notifications through our system. Your regular WhatsApp works perfectly. However, WhatsApp Business can help you look more professional to customers.

Payments & Pro Features

How do I collect payments from customers?

With the Pro plan (₹1,299/month), customers can pay when they book through UPI, cards, or netbanking. Payments go directly to your account. Perfect for securing appointments and reducing no-shows.

What payment methods are supported?

All major payment methods in India: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Powered by Razorpay for maximum reliability.

How do invoices work?

With Pro plan, invoices are automatically generated for every paid booking. Customers receive professional invoices with your business details, and you can access all invoices from your admin panel for GST filing.

Can I track my revenue?

Yes! Pro plan includes detailed revenue tracking, analytics, and reports. See your daily, weekly, and monthly earnings, popular services, peak booking times, and more.

Support & Technical

What if I forget my admin PIN?

Contact our support team with your business name and phone number. We'll help you reset your PIN securely within 24 hours.

How secure is customer data?

Very secure! We use bank-grade encryption, secure servers, and never share or sell customer information. Your data and your customers' data are completely safe and private.

What if BookAbhi is down?

BookAbhi is built on reliable cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime. In the rare case of issues, your existing bookings remain safe, and we provide status updates on our support channels.

Can I export my booking data?

Yes! You can download your booking history, customer details, and revenue reports from your admin panel. Your data is always yours to keep.

Do you provide customer support?

Absolutely! We provide WhatsApp support for all users. Pro plan customers get priority support with faster response times.

How do I reduce no-shows?

Enable WhatsApp reminders (included in Starter), collect advance payments through Pro plan, send personal confirmation messages, and clearly communicate your cancellation policy to customers.
